FAQs

  • Hypnotherapy is a technique that induces a trance-like state of focused attention and heightened awareness. Through hypnotherapy, I can address specific issues, behaviors, and thought patterns. On the other hand, Depth Hypnosis takes a more holistic approach by integrating elements from shamanism, Buddhism, transpersonal psychology, and hypnosis. With Depth Hypnosis, we delve deeper into your subconscious to explore the root causes of emotional and spiritual imbalances.

While hypnotherapy is often goal-oriented, focusing on resolving immediate concerns, Depth Hypnosis aims for profound healing and transformation on multiple levels—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Together, we can discuss your needs and desired outcomes to determine which approach aligns best with your journey to wellness.
