Youth & Teen Therapy
Are you worried about your child? Do they suffer from anxiety? Are they irritable or withdrawn? Are these things affecting their schooling, relationships, and home life?
Research shows that the learning center in children’s brains are inhibited when they are stressed and anxious. Their brains are in a critical stage of development where offering them effective skills to help them manage stressful thoughts, emotions, and relationships can have an enormous impact on their lives.
Teaching them mindfulness skills and other mind/body methods has been proven to increase concentration and self-confidence, lower emotional reactivity, and enhance their capacity for making wise decisions. Often a little support goes a long way.
$220/session. A minimum of three sessions is recommended to determine whether any given therapeutic approach is right for your little one.
